Book
To help gain my understanding of how advertisement works I got a book out from the Greenwich library titled, Creative Advertising: An Introduction.
It is written by one of our lecturers Miriam Sorrentino.
Once I had finished reading the book, it helped me understand how an advertiser works, slightly different to a designer. I then organised a meeting with Miriam to ask her a few questions about Advertising and how to start thinking of ideas on how to start?
What I have learnt is that there are many factors to consider in advertisement.
Target audience, message, script, narrative, scamps, the method of how to portray all of these ideas, whether its through a poster, an animation, or all of them mediums.
