Dan Barasch has put all his time, energy and money to create something very complex, very sustainable and very modern but also something that makes sense which can relate to the people and the communities of New York City, have a watch and form your opinion on whether this is a great idea?
Whilst I watched this video, it made me realize, why not re-create this idea everywhere and anywhere, I mean yeah financing it would be one big factor that would come into play, but we are all moaning about there's not enough space in the big city, so why not think under? why not build a city with in a city but underground? It could be something that I may look into basing my final major project on, coming up with a re-imagining of a City but under ground.
