During this Ted Talk Moshe Safdie comes up with an excellent answer on how we can keep up to date and creating new ways of incorporating everyday life within the realm of the most densest cities around the world, its a very interesting concept to sustain living within an apartment building. 

I'm thinking perhaps for an idea for my final major project, looking into the idea of re-imaging living in London within a sustainable apartment building, to see if it would create a new dimension in living in the big city, because already London is very over-populated so perhaps the way to think of our living environments would be to think of this idea.
